Did you guys ever start up the guild? After having read the rules over twice and the whole page pretty much I was thinking if you did I want to join and if you did not then I would be willing to start it. My bro has a page up already and other then that I figure we need two things, a marshal and a coordinator. The marshal is the referee guy as explained in the rules. I would be willing to be the marshal for are area if you want, also I have a sowing machine so if we all pitch in and buy fabric in bulk at wall mart I can make everyone tabards so we all match. The coordinator basically keeps a list of everyone in the guild and makes sure everyone knows when and where we are meeting and makes sure every one has a tabard and such. I would be willing to do that as well to start off (hopefully someone would take over). I think this would grow quick in are area and in no time we could have people outside are group joining, I think we could have a very large group. Anyway those are my ideas off the top of my head post what ya think. Also I came up with a few senario fights like "capture the flag" and stuff so were not always just pounding one eachother with no goal (not that theres anything wrong with that)

I think the arrival of winter and everybody leaving for school kinda stalled the belegarth plans, but we all still have our stuff and when summer rolls around I think we're gonna try and get things going again. Your assistance is welcome though.

I was also thinking it might not be a bad idea to buy one of those Starter Kits from Edhellen Armory (the guys we bought stuff from at Origins). The price is reasonable, and we could get new people playing right away. If we all pitch in a few bucks, we could build up enough money fairly quickly. Perhaps we could charge rent on the weapons, too. Like...$.50 each time we meet, per item (shields included), so we could make the money back, or expand the armory, and have some money left over for repairs.

or we could buy the starter kits and sell stuff out of them to people who are interested enough, if we sell the individual items at the prices edhellen charges a piece we could definitely make enough to expand our armory

Whatever you guys decide on this issue. I dont really have time to do either postion but might be able to squeeze in some playing. I am not sure what my pallet will look like with work and trying to get Witchfire in. For once I am not the one guiding this process (its a nice feeling to be honest)
