what about chipping away one brick of the tunnel where the trap door is, and letting jagger look down the barrel of his gun up into the space, so that at least we know the interior of the room that it leads to.

now what are we going to do? do we trust him that this is the antidote, and how would we distribute it? Since time is an issue we need to come up with a final decision before wednesday.
could jagger sample the water and see if it was poisoned, and then use craft alchemy to try and find out what it is? If we put flash freeze in the water could we stop the poison that way?adn how would we get that large amount of it?

I would guess that much flash freeze would take advance notice to make, and is not readily available within the time limit.
And somebody could try to see if its the antitode by tasting it. Remember those this method isnt the more accurate.

I dont think that taking the vial and dumping it right into the water would be a good idea for two reasons, one is that theres a good chance that its the poison and the well is just fine, and two is that there is no way it would spread fast enough having jagger taste the water would be a decent idea but he should taste the vial first. Now if the vial is the antidote we still need a way to spread it through the lake...
actually we may not need to spread it through the lake at all Since the city has a sewer system it would stand to reason that they would have running water so all we have to do is find the major distribution center of the water and dump it into the stream there.
But im getting ahead of myself, remember that we are stuck inside of a room with no discernable exit, and we also have no idea where the hell we are since that portal really couldve transported us anywhere. We need to find out how to get out of that room first.

i have figured out a way to get our selves out of the building.
there is a fire place and fire produces smoke and there ust be a way to release the smoke.
jagger has a collapsing grappleing hook and rope that could be used to climb out of the chimny. if lupar and jagger...who have the best chance of making the climb, can mank their way up the chimny, and then off the roof...we could make a run for it to the well. jagger would be good to taste the well, and the antidotre, however ludo has a much better frot save vs. poison and could stand anything that is thrown at him...

once the situation has been averted we can return and help the other characters get out...because i dont know if ludo could fit through a chimny, or if ashlyn could pull her self up with all that armor.

there is that hole leading towards the sewer, so lets check his body for the keys, then if that doesn't work i've got a climber's kit and some ranks in escape artist. i don't think jager and lupar should go about releasing the antidote themselves, they both have a knack for screwing up when together. I didn't mean that jagger should try the poison for any other reason than he is an alchemist. But ludo does like to make fortitude saves. As for what to do after we get out, there is probabally a pump house that gets the water out of the lake, so why not just shut the water off? Or we could break the main pipes and plug them up. The pump house may be guarded by beck's minions so if possible we should notify the police that the water is poisoned. They could spread word and possibly slow the spread.
This sucks. The town is going to have to purge their water system, and then again there is a dragon and a half- dragon guy dead in the barn, we should bring some evidance out incase the walls keep crushing inwards. Does ashelyn have many 1st level spells left, we might need some delay poisons and stuff. Wait, i bought a scroll of detect poison, we could use that th find out is the water is poisoned, and what the vial will do. Then we just have to stop the water.
