Ok this is freaken crazy. Trying to actually get the arcing fire rules clear, where is my stab at explaining them after a bit of time searching. Arcing fire allows you to ignore any intervening model in LOS aless they are screen the intended target. Then you must decided if these screening models block LOS. If they do you can not shot the orginal target.... If you still have LOS even after factoring in the screening models, the target still receives its +2 def for being screened. So... If you got and shot a target figure what screens it. It there are screening models see if you can draw a line through your front arc to the intend target model. It that line cross any part of the screening model, tough luck you cant shot the target. But if you can get a line through your front arc to the target, and not cross any models screening the target you can shot. However he still gets +2 def.. I hope this is clear. Its hard to really explain

well that seems pretty clear, a bit annoying for us khadoran players but good to see it finally clarified.

Can you target the model if you don't have line of sight to it in the first place? For instance, Can you shoot a model that is over a hill from a Destoyer (i.e. the hill blocks LOS to the model normally.)
How about a "Leader" model that is surrounded 2 deep by equal sized models of the unit it is leading? Can you trace an LOS to the "Leader" in this case even if the intervening models do not screen it, but would normally block LOS?
