What is the deal with CPC. I hear from people back home that their tearing it down and making it into a strip mall ! Anyways I was wondering if anyone knew more. I personally want to skip gleefully over the demolished remants of Marshalls before they finish destroying it also. Also whats everything thinking for spring break. I know that schedules wont correlate well but still well see. Me and Jake are back : march 5 - march 11 Oh ! and by the way. If you want to get rid of some of your old gaming stuff that isnt doing anything besides collecting dust I suggest selling your pirates cards on Ebay. Im getting good $$$ for ships such as harbinger titan and garante. And dont forget those pokemon Ex's [tear ] ! Hate to see my shining treecko and charizard ex go but they cant put prostitu.. . . .ermm dinner on the plate. TtYl

Is Marshall's owned by Marshall Fields? Is so then Federated Department stores who bought them out last year is planning on turned most of the stores into Macys. There is some news of the potential "demise" of Marshalls

no unfortunately, marshalls is owned a by a huge faceless corporation that pulls the strings of a million other similar stores like marshalls. And that faceless corporation is either owned by like timewarner or clear channel[doubt clear channel or time warner, but you get the point ], one of the biggys. Anyways So while marshalls will eventually die, its evil spirit will live on in stores to come.

yeah, pretty much. They're demolishing all the dead areas and consolidation the stores. At least that's what it looked like to me.

Intresting.
So I did a little research on this since I am kinda curious. From what I can tell the mall was sold (finally) to DCG corporation who is playing a reconstruction of the mall. They own alot of land in the area including but not limited to the new pad developement where Panera now sites and the CVS in Clifton Park (including the CVS distict office) Along with land in Saratoga and Malta.
From what I gather the plan is to take the mall store that remain and condense them into like 1 1/2 wings and then take the remaining space and build a strip mall... So in that location will sit a "new" mall and strip mall
